The hotel offered spacious accommodations. My double room was well-kept. cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the premises. i liked the abundance of sun loungers by the pools, made relaxation easy. there were many activities available throughout the day, i enjoyed the variety.
The heated pools could have been a bit warmer. It took some bravery to jump in.

The restaurants featured a good selection. I always found something appealing. the food choices had variety, there was definitely something for everyone. i did try the canarian restaurant one evening.

The staff in every department were excellent. Everyone was very friendly. cleanliness is important to all the staff, the hotel looks very nice. i appreciate all of them, they were nice with me.

i enjoyed the good wifi connection, i requested extra pillows and received them fast. food options were ok and changed daily. the asian restaurant did have great options.
the entertainment was a little cheesy. activities occurred all at once instead of spaced out. evening entertainment finished at 10:30, it felt early.

the hotel had a big pool area. i always find free sunbeds, that were a plus. the food, while buffet style, had plenty of options. the location was good, its near the beach i liked.
the drinks were a bit weak. they use local brands and the cocktails taste artificial. the entertainment wasn't very good. the shows felt cheap and repetitive. the noise at night was an issue. the walls are thin and i could hear everything from the hall.

The cleaning staff was friendly and cleaned my room daily! The buffet offered a good variety and the food was AMAZING!!! I also booked both restaurants. This was easy and convenient.
The gym is very basic, it would benefit from more equipment.
